Personalized Consultation

We will personally meet with you at your home or business to discuss your project objectives. Often we can offer alternative solutions that you may not have considered saving you time and money.

Walk - Through Proposal

We will attempt to provide an on-site estimate but in some cases we will need to provide the estimate via email or in person. We will walk through the areas to be painted with you making extensive notes to insure that the proposal will be accurate and thorough.

Detailed Proposal

This means that there won't be any surprises at final billing. You will see exactly what you are paying for and getting from the beginning. Normally you will receive our detailed proposal with in 24 to 48 hours for your final review.

 Color Consultation

Once you've accepted our proposal, if you desire a color consultation, we will schedule an appointment to come out and help you select the best colors, stain packages or custom finishes that best compliment your homes individual feel and style.

Site & Surface Preparation

We take site preparation very seriously. This is the first and most important step to ensure a professionally painted project that will protect and beautify your home or business.

 During the Project

Throughout your project we will keep you informed of all project details and progress so you will know what is going on at all times.

Spotless Clean-up

When we are painting your home, we take extra special care of your property. We will properly prepare the surfaces first, cover areas that are not being painted and will thoroughly clean up at the end of each day.

Before we consider a project finished, one of our representatives will do a final walk through with the owner of the residence or business to make sure our work met or exceeded your expectations.

**All paint companies have different grades of paint. You will always get quality paint and products from reputable dealers with Five Star Painting. We use only the finest materials at their full strength to provide true color retention and protection. We personally recommend Sherwin Williams paint products but if you prefer another premium brand we will be glad to discuss this with you. **
